View Full Version : Static or Dynamic
Endure Whisper 01-03-08, 03:24 PM How flexible are you when it comes down to changes in your life? Do you easily get involved with a new job? new family members (in laws)? new car? new country?
Do you enjoy a dynamic life or would you rather a static life?
Personally, I love changes! I like testing and experiencing so many things.. I don't think I'd mind a dynamic life :) What about you?
EvilFire 01-03-08, 03:29 PM I find routain so Dull, but some times I love to stick to it when I have loads of pressure on me.
Dynamic = feelings life....it will always allow you to learn/get updated and it gives you a soul a color.
Superfreak 01-03-08, 04:03 PM I would enjoy a dynamic life. I love moving around and travelling. Personally, I wouldn't want to spend a whole 5 years in one country studying, I'd like to go on exchanges to different countries. I love the feeling when i'm in a new country and don't know my way around, it feels like an adventure.
Dynamic but one that is planned and under control :)
If everything is working for me, then I don't see why I should change it especially if there is a real risk I might hate it and I can't go back to what my life was like before the change. But change is inevitable, and you have to get moving whether you like it or not. So I guess you better program yourself to liking changes, because it is something that will occur no matter what.
I don't mind gradual change though...
minerva 01-03-08, 08:13 PM as dynamic as possible.
FAITH86 01-03-08, 08:18 PM Super dynamic, I need to live a change in my life from time to time.
I can say am a mixture of both. I can adopt myself to different lifes but there are some lifes i just can't adopt myself with or maybe i don't want to.
I'm somewhere in between. It's also depends on how dynamic my life would be.
Static, I'm not fond of changes that I am not in control of, if I'm in charge of those changes then yes I'm all for it..but if someone else is in charge then I may get uncomfortable with it all and the people responsible for those changes.
NiGhTFaCe 02-03-08, 12:12 AM And I thought we are talking about IP Addresses :p
I don't mind the change & I can simply fit myself there. Its just that sometimes I feel that I need this organized routine.
Dynamic :)
i love change ,, hate being in the same place, country.. w.e
i'm a total static, i resent change..
i'm a very Clingy person, i have a really hard time letting go of things i'm used to and adapting to new changes.
i don't think it's good, since change is something definite as time goes by..

Hahahaha. I got it from networking classes :cute: IT people think alike ;)
Pen_it_Black 02-03-08, 12:52 PM Depending on my mood I guess..
Sometimes I am static and want the comfort of the familiar, and at other times I am dynamic and love change
pixie girl 02-03-08, 04:15 PM A bit of both. Dynamic would be some of the changes that are happening right now in Oman (building roads, new malls etc..) Although I wouldn't like something as dynamic as moving to another country...I'd just get homesick.
FluidNutria 03-03-08, 01:34 AM Dynamic but only if its to my advantage lol
I used to think that when you're young, you tend to be dynamic.. and get static as you get older. But I think it's the other way round with me. I've never liked change .. for example, I've used Internet Explorer for AGES even though people kept telling me to switch to Firefox.. but I hated changing something I was used to.
Of late though, I've been finding that I prefer change. I feel like I could take on huge changes. I could change the direction of my whole life right now at a drop of a hat if I had to.
Oh. And I'm using Firefox. :D
Libellula 03-03-08, 02:12 PM I didn't used to like changes, but lately it's like everything in my life is changing.. so I guess I'm slowly adjusting. As long as they are positive changes, then I don't mind.
