Been in a lazy mood lately and this is one of the concepts that popped in my head. Wanted to do something cartoony and cute so hope you like this.

It has a confusing mood, at first it looks it's sad, then it's sleepy, then it's high, I really don't know how it feels. Maybe hungry? I think the white circles inside in the eye makes this confusion occur.

Haha, yes I know the parrot looks confusing and almost stoned or high..but that's what I liked..I wanted it to look as if he has no care in the world and I think it turned out well.
