testing Mule spied again...

Spy photographers have spotted a mule for the upcoming Audi RS5 while doing some cold weather testing. Although the mule is wearing th body of a standard S5, the car's exhaust gives the car away as an RS model. The mule is sporting wide, oval dual exhaust outlets — a signature of Audi's RS series of cars

^^ this will be the closest competitor to the E92 M3, the coupe

A5 would go with 3ers from 316i to 330i

S5 would go against the 335i

the RS4 would go against the E90 M3, the sedan

and with the ruomers (well they are far more strong than being roumers) of the upcoming CSL M3, i feel this car is kinda needed by AUDI...

however, i dont understand how will they put a twin turbo in the RS4 engine, the engine ratios are high,,, and IMO the RS4 engine is more than enough...

I like! I think the whole Audi range looks quite smart, but perhaps a little too safe and dull. A really mean Audi would be great, and I think this one is maybe on the way. The spiritual successor to the original Quattro...mad, mean and good looking...let's see what the final version looks like!

What will power the RS5 is still speculation and could be either the 4.2L V8 from the RS4, a twin-turbo V8 or the Gallardo-based V10 from the RS6.
