As per the following verse:

"How can you say, 'We are wise, and the law of the LORD is with us'? But, behold, the false pen of the scribes has made it into a lie. ( Jeremiah 8:8)" .

The Quran rightly proves that the Scriptures been corrupted by humans when Allah swt says:

البقرة (آية:75): افتطمعون ان يؤمنوا لكم وقد كان فريق منهم يسمعون كلام الله ثم يحرفونه من بعد ما عقلوه وهم يعلمون

[75] Do you (faithful believers) covet that they will believe in your religion in spite of the fact that a party of them (Jewish rabbis) used to hear the Word of Allāh (the Taurāt (Torah)) then they used to change it knowingly after they understood it? [2:75]

النساء (آية:46): من الذين هادوا يحرفون الكلم عن مواضعه

[46] Among those who are Jews, there are some who displace words from (their) right places....[4:46]

المائدة (آية:13): فبما نقضهم ميثاقهم لعناهم وجعلنا قلوبهم قاسيه يحرفون الكلم عن مواضعه

[13] So because of their breach of their covenant, We cursed them and made their hearts grow hard. They change the words from their (right) places...[5:13]

Jeremiah 8:8 is explicitly clear when it states that the Law has been corrupted. We are not even sure if Jeremiah is really the true author of this book. We don't have any evidence to confirm if he wrote the whole book. So even if Christians try to come up and show verses from the book of Jeremiah that give authority to the Law then that would just simply be contradicting Jeremiah 8:8. Maybe others added to the book to try and cover it up. Only God knows best. Maybe Christians might criticize me for saying that Jeremiah is not reliable yet I use Jeremiah 8:8 to prove that the Bible is corrupt. Well either Jeremiah 8:8 is a true verse and the Bible is corrupted or Jeremiah 8:8 is a corrupted verse but it is in your Bible so your Bible is still corrupted! However, do not expect a subjective Christian to believe the implications of Jeremiah 8:8, they would simply dismiss it. However, use it for those truth seeking and objective Christians.......source (http://www.answering-christianity.com/bassam_zawadi/argument_of_jeremiah_8.htm)

clouds, that is an excellent argument about jeremiah 8:8.

Well either Jeremiah 8:8 is a true verse and the Bible is corrupted or Jeremiah 8:8 is a corrupted verse but it is in your Bible so your Bible is still corrupted!

And indeed the Quran confirms the corruption of Scriptures.

Shamsery asks a good question. Its most definitely not a translation from the Masoretic text, probably a translation from the LXX.

The Jewish publication society has:

8 How can you say, "We are wise, And we possess the instructions of the Lord?" Assuredly, for naught has the pen laboured, for naught the scribes!

This site (http://www.mechon-mamre.org/p/pt/pt1108.htm) has:

8 How do ye say: 'We are wise, and the Law of the LORD is with us'? Lo, certainly in vain hath wrought the vain pen of the scribes.

The Jerusalem bible (koren) has:

8 How can you say, We are wise, and the Torah of the lord is with us? Surely the pen wrought in vain, in vain the scribes.

And if I had a copy of the Artscroll I would also gladly quote it.

Also "Well either Jeremiah 8:8 is a true verse and the Bible is corrupted or Jeremiah 8:8 is a corrupted verse but it is in your Bible so your Bible is still corrupted!" is not a good argument not only is it a tautology, it begs the question, assumes the bible is corrupt and importantly is circular reasoning. You wouldn't win a debate with that kind of logic.

It's a good argument because it is based on common sense and logic.

Will be nice if you can provide verse Jeremiah 8:8 from the Aramaic version.

It's a good argument because it is based on common sense and logic.

Not if its also a logical fallacy which I have already pointed out.

Will be nice if you can provide verse Jeremiah 8:8 from the Aramaic version.

Why? The book of Jeremiah was written in Hebrew barring one verse in Aramaic -10:11.
