Yes I agree with you it would be great if they offer such feature.

Recently I paid 20 RO as a fine for breaking the speed limit :angry:

a car, normal lincoln or somethin, large car, comes and parks, and u kno how da door normally opens? well in this the entire door frame, front and rear of one side, slides down to under the car, really in middle of chassis and body i think not really the lowest place exposed to ground. it looks neat and they jus keep showing it on the same car over and over again. it can be done by going to their garage in south carolina.

For the cars they are showing it, its like a prototype. I guess it can work with the sport/coupe or two doors cars in general. But, it can be hard to apply in sedan's.

what about its safety features in case of an accident?

if a side impact, even small one on the sliding door will get the whole mechanism jammed and people will be trapped inside the car!!!!!!!!!

for every new invention there are draw backs and I think this is one of them.
