Gray hair, lots of it. Doesn't bother me though.

Gray hair but I color it. No wrinkles as yet. I get tired easily but go to the gym to try and combat this.

Signs of ageing... probably my skin show it first. The scars of carrying a child.


Btw, I think some types of gray hair are really sexy. Especially on men, but even on women when it's turned all gray/white..

Some types as in not the frizz ball kind... but when each hair is thick and straight. The way the light hits the hair and reflects/refracts completely through it is, imo, beautiful.

The best thing is NOT to smoke, no drinking, plenty of rest, lots of water and eating right...good genes does help but all this other stuff helps immensely.
