If it was a normal infection... due to cold or fever or wtever. For how long do they normally remain swollen?
In case of an acute upper respiratory tract infection, it is usual to get enlarged cervical lymph nodes (the nodes on the course of the neck), mostly caused by viral infections & shall subside within 2 weeks the most
In case bacetrial infection is suspected then a course of antibiotics is required
Tee, there isn't anything called normal or abnormal infection ;p
