yes exaclty plus make the surroundings more blurry. it looks good in moving car pix, i jus tried on this lil thing cuz its my daily driver :D

superfreak its a mix of contrast n blur, not a big amount of editing done, I could fill it up with stuff n make it all fancy but staying simple is Good.
