Vietnamese immigrants in the United States have received final orders to be deported, 7,000 have criminal convictions, including some 4,500 Vietnamese convicted of aggravated felonies.

It would be appalling if they sent them to KSA for sentencing.

These people are going back to their homes. What's appalling about that? Should the American tax payer foot the bill for sending these people to American prisons when they aren't even American citizens?

Here's what's really appalling... their own country didn't even WANT them back. HAH!

Vietnam War ended in 1975, there were hardly any Vietnamese immigrants living in the United States. About one million Vietnams immigrated to United State. Vietnamese who fought along side Americans.

Then can use them during the war. But dump them when not needed?
There Vietnamese doctor, scientist they can stay but criminals should be send back.
It’s appalling and disgusting.

If they are Americans, they can't be deported. They are deported to their country of citizenship.

Infact, the Vietnam government didn't want to accept them back and because of human rights laws in the US, the people detained had to be let free after 6 months.. they didn't ship them off to no man's land.

No. It's not up to "vietnamese" people to decide who takes responsability. If the government has issues with their own people, they should sort them out.

Immigrants have no right to stay if the US courts decide to deport them, which they have every right to do.

The US are in the right. The least the immigrants can do is respect the country that took them under its wing. They didn't, so tough luck.

It’s appalling to send criminal to other country. We should cut the hands and feet of these criminals convicted of theft.

We should behead those convicted of crimes that deem that punishment.

I'm with you hairlyman ... do it Islamicly and save those $$ sending them back to their country of origin. Their own country that they belong to.

Do you have proof that these convicts are people who were in the trenches with the US soldiers?

Please provide sources.. don't just blabber aimlessly.

Waiting with baited breath,

In addition to these 1,500 people, another 6,200 Vietnamese nationals have received final deportation notices. However, because they arrived in the U.S. before 1995, they cannot be returned to Vietnam under the new pact. Instead, they face possible deportation to a third country, according to the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

It's much more respectable than how Osama bin Laden and his gang said "Thank You" to the US for helping the mujahadeen fight the Soviets in Afghanistan.
