^^ i agree with Rosso those 2 new rules r kinda tough and policemen wont differentiate between a reckless stupid driver and a guy who just wants to enter a road at a good speed...

Whatever, really I am sick of ROP. They just look for any reason to stop you once you're in a blacklisted car. Whenever I pass by with my car every single one of the policemen in that car turns his head and checks everything out looking for a reason to stop me and fine me.

I disagree AP, I think wasta will always be there though the new law will include boys, girls, men and woman, some individuals will get automatic immunity from jail if they were caught.

wasta or no wasta, EVERY person in Oman is going to JAIL!!! hahahaha
