I have come to realize that I may never find anyone who shares the same taste in music like mine, and it can be quite annoying especially when you hang out with friends and they end up listening to songs that well..you basically cannot tolerate. :P

I like almost anything, (and by anything, I mean anything) so I'm the one who is usually influenced.

Music doesn't have genre to me.. it's all simply music. And I listen to different kinds depending on my mood.

well No .. My friends have a way different taste then mine ... I listen to anything and everything .. I don't stick to a specific genre of music .. But I don't get along with the music my friends like .. which is annoying specially when we are in the same car !

most of my friends dont share the same taste, most of them listen to arabic songs...

but my cuzns have almost the same taste, and they are my best friends...

None of my friends enjoy my music :p

I dont think i have a friend that shares with me the exact taste in music, yet i do have friends that share some genres with me.. so techniclly, i gotta gather all my friends to end up listening to wht i wanna listen to.

Mmm aint like they dont like it at all but like some songs we have the same taste some dont...but MOST dont im more of a rocker and Pop and some are like R&B and rap

but i met a new Gay guy whos spanish shares the same taste :D

i agree with Thalia to an extent. i like to believe that i'm a person who enjoys all types of music. but there are a couple of genres that i just can't listen to.

i used to share a very similar taste with my sister. we still have a similar taste, just not as similar as it once was. since she thinks some of the music i listen to is too loud/noisy.
well, most of the people around me find it too noisy, so i keep it to myself. but generally speaking,
all of 'em are into music that i can not only tolerate, but sometimes really like.
and i'm so grateful for that.

oh and i can tolerate almost anything but Badwi! my god! i can't even begin to imagine living with someone who actually enjoys Badwi music. i'd rather put a bullet in my head! xD

no offense to the Badwi music lovers in here. :D

Since I litterly listen to all genres. I don't find myself in that place much..
But.. I find I'm usually the one.. Where I listen to stuff.. and ppl just go.. "No I don't like that, how do u even listen to it" ..Especially when it comes to Rap or Rnb.. loool.. and my answer is.. Simple.. U just dont understand it ;p It's all about the vibe and feeling.. with me.. Thats why I can hear a bit of everything... If it speaks to me and is expressed with passion..or causes an emotion out of me.. Than im so lovin it ;)

Only 2 of my friends likes the music I listen to. The other one doesn't really mind it and the rest always grab my iPod when I'm driving and choose the songs they want but they end up not finding the stuff they always listen to so they put anything English :p

not all my friends like my taste but my best friend does. I know exactly what to download for her and the same goes with her :p I listen to a variety of genres that helps a bit when comes to my friends they can find something they like :p

ok, for me, with the girls i'm around..pfffffff..they listen to the lamest "music" ever! awain they like beduin music and may7ad 7amad..and el jismi!! like wth! that is sooooooooooo annoying and i dont tolerate it :angry:
lol, sometimes i will tell them to their face, "you call THAT music? Is THAT worth even listening to? please shut it off and i will show you what REAL music is.." then i get my phone and show them...obviously i like english songs more than arabic..so they just dont get my taste...they go, " what is that? english?? we dont like english..may7ad is better" i just roll my eyes and go, "ma 3indish thoq" (you have no taste) :XD:
i really ..so far i have not found any girl whom i mix with that likes the same music as me..it's just sad :(

i like shayne ward, craig david, celine dion, ..etc...all the cool and hip singers...you name it..i even like other languages..even if i dont understand it..lol..but some arabic songs.......:Sick:

of course i will take the type of music into account when choosing my spouse..if he likes all that bedoo(beduin) music and i see he's old fashioned....sorry, too bad..me no like!:yuk:

Actually, Amazing Grace is a beautiful song.. It's really a prayer to Mary, mother of Jesus.

I like the version from Destiny's Child alot actually. Nothing like a black voice singing that song.
