Apart from being grainy and too bright on the bottom left corner (almost making it look filtered) I see nothing wrong with it and I like the almost glittery feel of it especially at the top.

The grain is supposed to support the lighting technique. It doesn't have a real name but I call it, Lomo edge bleeding, because that's what happens, you burn the edges by over contrasting a lomograph.

It's a water fountain from Festival City in Dubai. Always when there's a glow like the one of the far right corner, it's always water.
