I am a complete illiterate in terms of religious words or the values/positions people maintain.

I would like to know the meanings and jobs carried out by different status people in different religions.

-A Rabbi (sp?)
-A Pope
-Bishop
-they also say Arch-Bishop? (forgive me if I'm wrong)
-A Priest (Generally and in different religions)
-High Priest
-Apostle (I don't know the meaning of this exactly)
-they say Father in Christianity, what exactly does it mean?
-Sister

Again forgive my ignorance.
