It's not a man with two mouths. Afaik, it's two people who didn't split and complete to develop separately.

When the cells split, probably to form twins, something goes wrong. The blueprint for the mouth is there.. the rest fails. The facial nerves are obviously shared.. but I doubt the mouth is connected to a 'wind pipe' or the stomach.

Sometimes i just wonder why god chose to burden him with this disorder out of a billion other humans?
But i guess each and everyone of us has his own burden to carry. No matter how hard we try to hide it.
In a way, you may refer to it as a test from god...

When you see something like that.. u say: الحمد لله الذي عافانا مما ابتلى به غيرنا or Thanks to Allah for preventing us from what others have been tested! (or so)

it is a burden but at the same time..a test from God..and a lesson to others to be thankful that they themselves dont carry this burden.
