In oman? name of the engine would help to answer some of the 3 questions...as i personally wouldnt guarantee anyone about installation but there seems a turbo team garage in wadi kabeer and in maabela there are couple of people who do turbos to cars...

how much turbo can cost? ranges from OR300 to OR6000 depending on brands, types etc.

the manifolds and turbo size would be car specific cuz you wouldnt want too much air to get in a small engine or too less air in a big engine...

as far as i know, the Best place to TurboCharge your car in oman would be Power Performance Customs, their workshop is of high standard...
anyways about prices,it depends on what type of car you have and the specifiactions required for installation.
