Okay, as usual, you don't always believe what you read on the internet, but I got this as a fwd, and I was wondering, is this a hoax?! It's really disguting, disturbing, and very concerning!

After anthropologist Susan McKinley came back home from an
expedition in South America , she noticed a very strange rash on her
left breast.

Nobody knew what it was and she quickly dismissed it believing that
the Holes would leave in time. Upon her return she decided to see a
doctor after she started developing intense pains.

The doctor, not knowing the exact severity of the disease, gave her
Antibiotics and special creams. As time lapsed the pain did not
subside and her left breast became more inflamed and started to
bleed. She decided to bandage her sores, however as Susan's pain grew
more intense she decided to seek help from a more certified doctor.

Dr. Lynch could not diagnose the infection and told Susan to seek
the aid of one of his colleagues who specializes in dermatology.
Unfortunately, the doctor was on vacation. She waited for another two
weeks and finally was able to reach the dermatologist. Sadly, a life
changing event was about to unfold during her appointment. To Miss
McKinley's surprise, after she removed the bandages, they found
Larvae growing and squirming within the pores and sores of her
breast.

Sometimes these wicked creatures would altogether simultaneously
move around into different crevices. What she didn't know was that
the holes were in fact, deeper than she had originally thought, for
these larvae were feeding off the fat tissue and even milk canals of
her breast.

Please share with as many women and men that you know. Our
undergarments are made in different countries all over the world.
They sit in boxes and go through many hands and exchanges before we
purchase them for ourselves.

The picture is fabricated. The story is probably fabricated.

The condition is real but rare and doesn't look like the faked pic.

And now I'm gonna tell you how I found out.

I looked for special words in the text. I decided on "Susan McKinley" and "larvae".

I googled those and immediately found this under the heading "urban legends"

http://urbanlegends.about.com/library/bl_breast_larvae.htm

Then I found this link in the text which analyzes the photograph:

Apparently, the photo is a combination which uses a lotus seed pod:

^^ Tell me about it Nella!
I scrolled down really fast as soon as I realised what this was about because I've seen it before and it haunted my dreams for a some time.
I know it doesn't look real, but that doesn't seem to make it any less freaky or disgusting. Eww!!

There was a previous thread about the exact same thing a while back and a member even claimed she suffered from it!! It was pretty funny, I got a kick out of that thread. Anywhoooo the photo is clearly photoshopped and I can't believe that forward is still circulated!

I started looking it up then had to dash off so couldn't post my findings. It wasn't so much the picture of the breast but the picture of the larvae underneath, because to me they looked like Witchetty Grubs. But they really could be any type of moth larvae.
