Sleep Talking

alright well sleeping talking as some people might not know occurs to manily 50% of children and 5% of Adults and well its got to do with NREM and NREM pahse of sleep but i was wondering whats is that?!?!

It's Non rapid eye movement. Usually in REM sleep that's when we are dreaming.

yaa i noticed that my lil brother talks in his dreams and his eyes are movin i can see em from his eye lid, i dont like when they talk in there sleep unless they say somethign funny lol i die

but i know i used to do it alot when i'm young but not that much anymore ...

but it's rare to find someone making sense when he's dream talking,, usually just messed up words :XD:

Buuuuuuut.. speaking of this my lil sis was talkin in her sleep,, and I didnt understand any of it obviously.. bss she litterly pointed to her right at one point.. and me and my bro just cracked up.. ;p

LOL, I remember a lot of things! One of his latest was, " Hey sexy lady in the house! No why why"!! loool wallah (I swear) He cracks me up! We actually talk to him, and he replies back!

My brothers talk when they're asleep, when you ask them they even reply, it's so funny.

Me and my sister don't talk, but ... :

My sister slept on the couch, my cousin came and sat near her, although still sleeping, my sister said something then my cousin finds an arm swinging at her face.

I was in deep sleep, dreaming something. Suddenly I woke up to find my aunt right infront of me with her hand on her cheek.


We hit people in our sleep.
