Julie Roberts

GENEVA (Reuters) -- Hollywood's highest-paid actress, Julia Roberts, Friday won back her own name from a cybersquatter, the U.N. trademark agency said.

Roberts had filed a complaint with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) against American entrepreneur Russell Boyd of Princeton, New Jersey, who had been the first to register juliaroberts.com as an Internet domain.

So guys , do you think she has the right for the name , or not ?

i would think so, it's her name after all, and it's not like another person with same name, no, it's just some company wants to use the name (like a trade mark) for its own purposes, so i think, yes, she's got the right for this name more than that organization..

p.s. some ppl/companies register domains so that the person/company associated with that name will pay them money to have it
