Erm, I don't think its PMS juju.

I'm no expert, but afaik, PMS (the few days before your period) isn't painful in itself.

If you have side-splitting pain, go to a gynea and ask them to check for Ovarian cysts. It's very common and nothing to be alarmed about. But better to check just incase.

This is a list of signs and symptoms of Ovarian cysts.

Menstrual irregularities
Pelvic pain — a constant or intermittent dull ache that may radiate to your lower back and thighs
Pelvic pain shortly before your period begins or just before it ends
Pelvic pain during intercourse (dyspareunia)
Pain during bowel movements or pressure on your bowels
Nausea, vomiting or breast tenderness similar to that experienced during pregnancy
Fullness or heaviness in your abdomen
Pressure on your rectum or bladder — difficulty emptying your bladder completely
The signs and symptoms that signal the need for immediate medical attention include:

Sudden, severe abdominal or pelvic pain
Pain accompanied by fever or vomiting

Damnn... I dont know what PMS is, so I cant really offer any constructive advice >> but I sympathise with your pain anyway

Sounds like the time I had an infection in my middle-ear >> my ear drum burst from the pressure of the liquid, I didnt have a moments peace till the doctor prescribed me Voltaren (Diclofenac).. thats a powerful drug which will knock you out proper, I still got half the tablets left, Im saving them in case I get stabbed in the eye or something.. lol jk.. but yeah the middle-ear infection, shucks thats one of those things in life you dont wanna experience twice

Oh wait actually I do have some advice >> get some form of Voltaren, I bet you $10 it will sort you out.

At least you're not fasting so shut up for not being dryly thirsty.

Well, it all depends on where the pain is, how the pain feels etc.. could be appendix if higher up, could be kidney stones, could be ectopic pregnancy, endometriosis... it's just a case of ruling them out.

Pain is caused by something. Taking panadol isn't fixing the problem. It's just masking it.

It could also just be some "trapped air" or gas. But because it is so close to her period, it's likely to have something to do with it.

Could it be a kidney stone?
