An herb (Camellia sinensis). Green tea originates in China, Japan and other parts of Asia. The leaf of the plant is used in creating the extract which is potent and bioflavonoid-rich. This herb is used primarily for its free-radical scavenging capabilities. The key ingredient EGCG, which stands for Epigallocatechin Gallate, protects against digestive and respiratory infections.

You can buy them in tea bags, a lot easy to prepare.
Preparation;
Bring fresh cold water to a rolling boil and pour tea bag. Brew 1 to 1 1/2 minurtes or to desired strength. Remove tea bag. Sweeten to taste with honey or sugar.
(Lipton Green tea, I use and to prepare).

Lol, we have a priest friend. If he came to dinner and you served him something he hadn't tried before, he would look at you in mock alarm and say, "It's not good for me, is it?"

If we said, "No," he would relax and say, "Okay then" and start happily eating it.
