If it is raised, it is probably eczema.

if it is flat and just like stained, it is pigmentation. (from the sun)

It looks raised. Is it?

It could be sun.

But it could be a fungal infection, like athlete's foot.

Meskeena! It'll be okay ... don't worry!

We'll see what Hitman says...

I keep looking at it and it keeps seeming to be a raised rash.

what's the name of the cream juju?

If it is eczema it could be a number of things that triggered it off. My daughters both get it and I'm STILL trying to find out what the culprit is. I think it is soap and fresh orange juice.

If it is a fungal infection, medication should take care of it.

If it is pigmentation, it could be even by jewellery (my mum has that) or by the sun rays. It doesn't need to be direct sunlight afaik. Just a sensitivity to the sun.

It's not Allergy .......... It's infection of the skin by dermatophytes or Candida in which inflammatory symptoms are prominent .. I sometimes gets the same problem in my back ....... The doctor game me a Cream called Daktacort .. I have to apply it on the skin twice daily ... It's nothing serious ..

Doesn't look like eczema to me. I used to have eczema, and it didn't look like that..

Whatever it is, I hope you go see a dermatologist and start doing something about it before it spreads even more.

It looks like a Fungal infection. I have it right now and I just went to see a dermatologist last week. He gave me a shower gel, cream and pills. I can already see the difference. You should see a dermatologist soon.

My daughters both get eczema and one of them gets like a light rash of tiny dry spots, while the other one gets a raised pinkish inflamed rash. Looks alot like the first picture, but probably because it's a bit blurred.

yeah i agree with Hitman it looks like a tinea infection Pityriasis Versicolor. I have seen others with the same sign.

my advice is go to a dermatologist for better examination. It may be difficult to treat....it maybe worsen by the sun, humidity....so check dermatologist
