If your spouse needs to talk to you about something really sensitive (that might cause an argument), when is the best time they can come to you?

I am asking this because I tried talking to my fiance today about something early in the morning, just as he was waking up, and he got more annoyed. He didn't like to start his day with complains or arguments, unless it was a matter of life or death!

One of the guys told me, the time that suits him the most is after his afternoon nap, as he's having his afternoon tea with biscuits, his spouse can talk about absolutely ANYTHING!

So, when is the best time you can accept anything from your spouse?

For me at any time really ... Unless i am really really sick or really depressed then i would suggest to talk about it later .. im crazy ? yeah i guess ... lols nice coversative :P lols i don't really know how people need a specific timing to talk about something ... and many people are like that .. lols what am i ? :P

when I am not tired or preoccupied or in a bad mood. Other than that it's any time anywhere.

anytime of the day, it doesnt matter to me. but if i was in a bood mood then i prefer if the person shows that he cares about what is/has happened to me that changed my mood then he can start his conversation!

If I was with someone, and we're tight, I'd want him to know that he can talk to me anytime of the day, no matter how tired or preoccupied I am.

If I do that to friends, then I would definitely do it to my partner!

And I think it should go both ways. There's no proper time to 'talk'. Yes maybe sometimes the other person isn't capable of giving you full attention, but I think that both should make the effort to be there for one another anytime of the day.

Anytime unless its during a Milan game, or after a Milan game which Milan lose/draw in :D

So the best time is when I'm relax .. Listening to Music .. Driving ..
BUT, stay away when I'm watching TV :p

Depends on the personality of your spouse and your way to approach him with your matter (including your perosnality as well)

if a women is fond *I mean LOVE * to complain about everything around her her man will evantualy get annoyed from it sooner or later.

If the woman clever enough for whatever sensitive mater she should choose the right time and the right way surrounded by the right enviroment...(if clever enough she can get anything she wants !....)

Aw, not after waking up 4 sure. It's not a pleasant thing 2 do! I guess I'll think about times that I'll be annoyed and not wanting 2 hear any bad news and apply that on people around me *how would they feel if I told them this now- the key 2 it works most of the time:D* plus always check that the other end is ready 2 listen;)

Week-end is the best when you are free but not Wednesday's cos then you screw up the mood 4 the week-end so go 4 a Thursday afternoon :p I think :XD:

Everyone needs food not only cows!

Anyway my point is that after eating or feeling satisfied it's easy and better to discuss issues, even I read a hadith which says what it means is that if the dinner is served then start with the dinner and then pray the Ish'aa prayer, why? Because the person will have full concentration in the prayer instead of thinking about food espacially if very hungry!

What's worse than giving someone bad news first thing in the morning?
