I don't think "baby face" has a chance over "hot beautiful" especially at first glance, and it only has to do with physical attraction.

I think hot/beautiful one is the one that is found to be more attractive (physically), but then guys take other things into consideration. Some of my guy friends say that they're intimidated by very beautiful girls, so even if they find a girl so attractive they won't try their luck with her because they think there's no chance of her going for them. The only time a guy would try his luck is if he is super confident or he thinks he's just as good looking as her (the male equivalent). If he's shy or insecure he'll just admire her from afar.

I think it depends on each individual guy, one can see a girl cute and another guy might find her beautiful.

I don't know why some girls don't like to be called cute. They think people describe them as cute when they have nothing better to say about them, which is kinda true. Even though "cute" is a compliment, I personally wouldn't be that flattered if someone called me "cute", for the reasons you mentioned. It's like when you have nothing else to say about someone you say, "oh she's cute, nice, sweet, etc".

Maybe I'm more of the first one. But something to note is that Reese can be sexy too, and way out of people's league even though she is "cute". With the 2nd one, I don't recall ever posing like that in public! and for that, I am thankful I am not sexy. Others can say whether I am more "cute" or "hot". I know what you mean, and between the two pictures you displayed, I agree, but what I am saying is Reese could also be sexy even though she's thought to be cute- generally. A cute woman can be sexy if she wants to but I don't think this is what the question is about. It is about their features, not their attitude. It is about physical appearance, their looks and how they dress. The question in this thread is as follows, if at first glance, would a guy lets say look at Carmen Electra or Reese Whiterspoon assuming they are both dressed the same exact way and have the same attitude on? (based on their body and facial features, not attitude).

- on eye sight, people would go with beautiful, cuz u dont appreciate cute till u know her better.
