Any one knows the history of Oman?

hi all, i have fallen in a small problem to get information about Oman, anything thats got to do with its history, culture, even pics, or video will do. i need these materials ASAP. coz the site that i am working on needs this and it is due by this months end. does anyone have books on HM, festivals, sea of oman, desert life, anything from voice to video, from pic to books. i will really appreciate it.
