Blue Dragon is a console role-playing game for the Xbox 360 video game console. It was developed by Mistwalker and Artoon and published by Microsoft Game Studios, based on a design by Final Fantasy series originator Hironobu Sakaguchi, who also supervised development and wrote the scenario.
Blue Dragon's designers include Hironobu Sakaguchi, Akira Toriyama, and Nobuo Uematsu, respectively co-supervisor, character designer, and second composer of Chrono Trigger, the extremely successful RPG for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System. The game's original story was created by Hironobu Sakaguchi, the game director of the first five Final Fantasy video games. The game features art from Akira Toriyama, the creator of Dragon Ball and Dragon Ball Z and visual, character and monster designer and illustrator of one of Japan's most popular video game series, Dragon Quest. Blue Dragon's soundtrack is produced and composed by Nobuo Uematsu, a composer responsible for much of the music in the popular Final Fantasy game series.

i have very high expectaions from this game,its produced by HIRNOBU SAKAGUCI the guy who produced FF7-10(and directed the older onesFF1-FF6) and NOBUO UEMATSUA the guy who composed every FF game up to FF10 and charecter designs by TORIYAMA who did DBZ !!! :D
so for having all these giants im expecting a spectacular game ! :)

no they are both cartoony but are different if you take a good look ! :)
and of course the charecter designs and battle system are completely different ! :)

looks pretty cool but not necessarily something i'd go for. I don't like games that have way too many menu's to go through and this one looks like one of those.

nabs isn't used to RPGs... he's into games like super mario and banjoo kazooie where you can move and fight with the characters freestyle... strategy games are obviously nothing for him :p...

the only ones I know that don't have menus are Zelda, Kingdom Hearts and dark cloud.... and they're all cartoony... so maybe your thing.
