Post whatever advantages and disadvantages video games have.

Disadvantage:

Waste of time :)

^ that can be both good and a bad thing :p

Advantage:

-Improves Hand/eye Coordination
-Improves reflexes
-Helps creativity
-Can make you lose weight (well for the wii case anyway :XD: )
-helps you think in a creative/new way (it does! I mean when you look at a problem or a puzzle, you look at it from all angles)

Disadvantages:

-Can be highly addictive
-Can make you lazy
-Can make you not desire anything other than videogames.

I'm sure there are others.. as long as we don't mention the whole "causes violence" crap because that can apply to other things and is mostly based on the personality of the person.

lolz they DO say that its a FACT that surgeons who play games are better than the ones who dont ! :p
but mainly EVERYTHING has many advantages AND disadvantages
