I gather, from their point of view, because it is more to do with politics rather than religion. Though, surely it is an Islamic issue.
Besides, lots of the Islamic schoolers are somehow sympathetic with the aim of some militias.

I think they do, and one of them Sheikh Al-Qaradawi.

many big muslim scholars announced about the bad deeds behind the acts of splitting islam, like the fitna which lately happened.
if thats what i understood from the topic...

true believers, with their patience and tolerance, could prevent faling into the hell of the sectarian fitna "conspiracy to devide". after losing tens of thousands of innocent people based on their sect. this is what the enemies planned for and worked on, to devide this nation by causing fights between its people, and Sadly, in company with some people of this land.
I'm repeating my call today, to all the good sons of iraq from all of its backgrounds, to realize the big disaster which threatens our country's future! they shall unite against the enemies and replace hatred and fight, with love and understanding.

If we dig in the topic the MOds will transfer it to political thread . No nothing is being done, again simply if they do not state what their Governments TELL's them what to do or say or read the Khutba and do not go into details, and should condemn some acts by some sects ... We fit with the Hadith ( the weakest Faith ) is to see something and reject it silently ..
