I buy Orange juice and drink it on daily basis during work. But I'm concerned about one thing. The pack says:
No sugar added, no colours, no preservatives.

And in the ingredienet it says:
Orange juice concentrate an water.

Now, what does that "concentrate" thingy include?
Because the juice is too sweet not to have sugar added.
So, what do juice concentrate really include? and how are they prepared.

I know what I'm drinking can be useless, but I don't want to drink something harmful.

And don't tell me get a fresh orange juice, too busy to do so I'm afraid.

Thanks :)

Yes, I knew it!

However, fruit juice labels have been considered to be misleading, with juice companies actively hiding the actual content. "No added sugar" is commonly placed on labels, however the juice product is made from "reconstituted concentrates". It is difficult for the consumer to know the contents of the concentrates. Probably as a result, juice has also been seen as responsible for overweight children.

yeap u are right.

sometime water is removed during processing to concentrate liquids. this helps in packaging.

It is too think to drink while still concentrated.

But put it in a blender with ice, milk, and banana and make a smoothie, yum.
