I think that is the magic number for Omantel customer support or help desk, why this number is always busy if you need to call to get help? And sometimes you have to wait for long time listening to music? :os

I'm sure there are better systems to provide a reliable and fast support to the customers.

Man I remember when I needed their service!:os Waste of time! I kept on listening to that F.M like music for like 30 minutes, I was so upset that when the guy answered I cussed him & hung up the phone>:mmhmm: I know it was a wrong thing to do, but when are we going to raise our customer service level?

I remember when the electricity was down in our neighborhood, I called the electricity call center. Waited for 15 minutes & when the guy answered he said "take this number & call", my instant reply was "LISTEN! Do not do this shit with me. Either you send someone or I will get your *** into trouble! :XD: LMAO:XD: It worked!:yes:

I'm not sure if people in other countries face such problems. Or maybe they have many service providers to share the load.

1313 is the number of internet support, if you have any other problem other than the net, they will direct you to another number..
I always find problems with my internet and end up calling them.. Yes you do wait for a long time, but it's worth it at the end, they are fast at working when they want to send you someone to your house to help you out..
