#3. Sarah mclachlan ( a full brand new studio album is needed and a holiday release doesn't count as one).

Radiohead - It's been almost 4 years since the last album, and even that one was a bit weak compared to their normal standards.
R.E.M. - It's been so long since they made a decent album but they used to be so good.
Coldplay - I know it's only been a couple of years since the last one but still.
The Lightning Seeds - Not sure if anyone here knows them but they're one of the best pop bands and they haven't released a new album since 1999.
Guns N Roses - 15 years and counting. They say Chinese Democracy will come out this spring, I'll believe it when I see it.
