Soap's are so annoying. You have to wait for months in order for one event to happen, also the events & plot is kinda repetitive.
Anyways, there was this time when I watched Days Of Our Lives, but now nothing. I realized that they're a waste of time.

Well, I have a TV SET. But I don't have cable and I don't use the antennas; I just rent movies sometimes and watch them. Absolute zero TV. And for most of my adult life, I have had no TV SET, even. It used to be funny when cable salesmen would knock on the door. When I told them, "I have no TV" you should have seen the surprise on their faces! They didn't know what to say next...they'd be less surprised if I told them I had six heads! :p

I vote for Days of Our Lives, though, because I've heard of it! :) I never heard of the Bold and the Beautiful.

Does anybody watch British soaps in Oman or UAE, like Coronation Street?

My mom used to watch Bold and the Beautiful a lot and I hated it.. she'd interrupt whatever me and dad were watching, just so she could watch an hour's worth of horrible drama.

When there are SO many other interesting shows to watch, why bother with Bold and the Beautiful & Days of our lives? Before someone asks me what the other shows are -> Heroes, Lost, House, Grey's Anatomy, The OC, Nip/Tuck, Simpsons, Family Guy, Rerun of FRIENDS every now and then, King of Queens, Scrubs, CSI... God knows how many more.

I used to watch The B&B, Days of Our lives and The Young And The Restless. I got bored, eventually. They get sillier and out of point with the more episodes coming. I mean, The B&B is messed up, everyone has slept with everyone and had weddings twice with the same person :bored: Days Of Our Lives was good in the beginning then it became ridiculous, they all do eventually. The Young And The Restless wasn't as bad, though. I quit watching it, along with the others. I think The B&B will go on till all of the cast dies =P I mean, my God! it's even worse than Mexican soaps which are quite long but, much better!
I don't consider Fashion House being a soap, it's more like a serial, series to me. I used to watch but, then there are more interesting shows showing at the same time, like Alias, Desperate Housewives.. etc. Some of what Shinoda mentioned, those are worth watching shows.

My GOD! i don't think any of 'em is worth watching..u'll die b4 u get to see what happens in the end :p

but the cool part is even if you missed 3 months of watching it's like you missed nothing..same conversation and same party or what so ever :p

my god, i've been watching the bold and the beautiful since PRIMARY.....this d@mn series will NEVER END!!

Even when the cast of any soap dies, it will get replaced by another cast. :bored:

and the study takes all of my time now

i like the language they use in these soaps,,,,

:XD: All those soaps have no ending.. I mean one scene would take like 100 episodes. And it's all repetitive! Not my thing AT ALL! :yuk: I don't watch a lot of tv anymore, anyways... Like 30 minutes every 3 months! :os
