1- Why Do We Cross Our Legs?
I wonder why do we tend to cross our legs?
I know it's a thing we socially learn, but it is sometimes comfortable to cross one's legs.
So, is there a scientific explanation for that?
And what determines weather a person feel comfortable to cross the right leg over the left or vice versa?
2- Leaning on one side of the body when standing up
I don't want to babble a lot, but I had some back and hip joint pain lately and I went to the doctor to do x-rays, and everthing was fine alhamdu lillaah except for that I have minor scoliosis. He said it could be congenital, or maybe I'm having a muscle tension that made the spine look like that in the x-rays.
I forgot to ask the doctor about an important thing that I have been doing for ages. When standing up, I feel comfortable to lean on one hip/leg.
The hip joints are fine in the x-rays. I have flat foot by the way.
So what are the potential reasons for that?
Is there a scientific term for this condition?
Thanks :)
