I heard that university is cool and stuff like that, well I'm still a 10th grader so I don't know how it is.
So, to all of you guys who have been to university, please tell me how it is.

I'm sure you would love it. There's something I heard a lot before, but I didn't really get it until I got here, which is: it doesn't matter what you were back home, when you get to university it's completely different.

This can be a good thing or a bad thing depending on how you look at it. If you liked things the way they were, and didn't want them to change, you would have a hard time to adjust. It's a good thing though, for example, because if you weren't really the best student at school or if you just want to start afresh, university is the best way to do that. No one is going to know anything about who you were before, and so you can be exactly the person you want to be, unlike at school where (it felt to me) that they didn't really encourage individuality in a person.

yuuccck i hate skool it suxx big timE!! uni is much better!!its a totally different environment, u get to have friends from all over the world, thus u get to know different cultures. U get to study wha u want, u choose the subjects that makes it easier when studyin as ur studyin wha u intreasted in not wha the system forces u to study!! Uni roocckkss but it cud get really stressful!! :)

My Collage reminds me of how i was suffering in school days so every thing sucks...

I suggest you go to college first because it prepares you for university. University is more tougher than college. I guess its fun, the good thing is you have more freedom than school.

Uni does not suck at all!!! I guess it depends on the individual but I'm loving it!!! You wouldn't know by the way I complain about it (but I complain about everything so that's no indication) :p

Personally, although it's much more stressful than highschool, I definitly prefer it.

well, i really can't tell..school was real fun but not much freedom..i guess uni is like the opposite? :shy:

School was really fun and hmmmm ..simple!
Uni is much more open and you have enough freedom .. buts harder and more stressful !
