I was wondering, for how many days can I keep cooked food such as rice, broth, and sandwiches in the fridge, and when should I discard it?
Someone told me it should not exceed 3 days, is that true?
Thanks :)

^ ewwwwwwww...........
No longer than two days i say.
Cooked meat - 2 days maximum i say.
Broth/soup after one day
rice - 3 days max [if you have to]
sandwiches go stale - so try to eat it the next day
from what i know, cooked food shoud be kept for 2-3 days and no more. besides that ... dunno

If it's over 2 days, I suggest you freeze it. And then pop it into the micorwave when you need to use it.
