Sorry to post this here, but I need to hear a medical opnion about these two matters. And sorry to bring up brand names.

1- Have you noticed that in the west there is no spreadable cheese like the ones we have in the Arab world that come in glass cups such as Kraft for instance.
Spreadable cheese is really addictive, so are there any medical precaustions about it? Whey don't they have any?

2- I have been consuming Suebee for some time. And I noticed that they never mention the word bee honey. The write clover honey, orange honey ...etc. The only place wher ethe word bee appear is the name of the bran which means nothing.
So, is there a possibility that suebee is just an extract of say clover + sugar in the case of clover honey for instance?
I diggled in their website, there i no mention for bees at all.

So, how do I know that I'm consuming a real honey? Is there a test or something like that?

Thanks :)
