Noway, last year it rained for about 3 days nonstop only, so the chances for a whole week of rain are slim.

It was raining heavily and started to rain heavily all of a sudden (mashaAllah). I don't think I've ever experienced something like it in Oman prior to what I experienced last night. The rain was accompanied with strong gusts of wind which made the driving conditions very poor. At one point I had to drive at 20 km/h and even then I had trouble seeing as far as a couple of metres ahead. :no:
