Here's the title track 'The sweet escape' Produced by and featuring Akon. I really like it, the beat is nice and it's very sugary (which I guess is the whole purpose of the song anyways). It's basically a very uplifting and feel good track.

The song is quite good, i like AKON's music. I really hate her style of singing since she left "No Doubt". But this song is kinda funky. :D..

Alright, I finally got my hands on a decent CD rip of the album and I can now post a review on how i feel about this record.

I wasn't too sure at first if I was going to like it because the version I downloaded 2 weeks ago was rather poor and ruined alot of the good songs on the album but now I can finally say that this is actually a very good album, it's far from being amazing though thanks to some reallyyy sleezy songs such as 'Orange county girl' and 'breaking up' but the bulk of this album is very addictive thanks to it's amazing production. The beats are insane on many tracks especially on 'don't get it twisted' and the second single 'Yummy', But my two favorite tracks on this record are the two that are actually more electronic than hip/hop, 'Wonderful life' and 'Early morning' shows us how great of a singer Gwen can actually be and that she shouldn't waste her talents on songs that Fergie would be better off singing.

Over all the album is solid with many potential singles though I'm not sure the public will recieve it well because they seem pretty upset at her now for comming up with 'wind it up' wich is being labeled as one of the worst singles of the year (despite the fact that it's #7 on the billboard charts).

My rating: 8/10
