Also there will be a raffle draw and sms voting on the winning designer

The idea of this event is to give amateur designers the chance to showcase their talent, to give them the experience of preparing their designs for a fashion show with the chance to win scholarships to international Fashion Design studies.

The extended aims are also to:
*support fashion stores owned by Omani women;
*motivate the Omani designers;
*motivate competition and creativity between local stores
*to donate proceeds to charity.

I was suppose 2 b 1 of the photographers 2 take pics of the models 2 upload em in the site but unfortunatily the schedule was clashing with my kolej hours...

Anyways... I've done more than that ;) I have a solid contribution 2 it :)

Just came back from the Event....
It was wonderful....

Imagine who was there??
Intisar el Shara7, the Kuwaiti actress :p
Salah el Zidjali, the Omani singer was there too, coz his wife is 1 of the designers competing....
The StarBucks - Oman - Manager :p this time not with his bike.... lo0olz

There were 3 prices to 3 winners...

1st.. Scholarship for 18 months in a fashion institue in UAE, went to Lubna el Zakwani the owner of Arab Fashion boutique opp. 2nd Cup @ Qurm.

2nd.. Scholarship for 3 months in Lebonan in a fashion institue, went to Khadija el Lamki the owner of Kawashi Boutique for 3bayas in Al Madina Plaza @ MQ.

3rd... Cash gift, went to Wafa el Aswad, owner of Miss Attitude Bputique in UAE.
