Salaam,

I'm considering using a back cushion because I'm spending a lot of time sitting on desk, and I tend to bend my back and sit crossing my legs which is a very bad habit, so having a cushion can help relieve some of the results of my wrong habits.

I guess I do need to start using a back cushion. :inno:

1- Do you receommend any brand?

2- which one is better: foam, gel, air, or other?

3- Any other suggestions or advice?

I might get it from amazon, so if you recommend something medical rather than commercial, please let me know.

4- Should I use a tush cush too?

Is it useful for the back, or just useful for comfortable seating?

Many thanks. :)

You should use it to maintain a normal & healthy posture. As with your current posture you might develop not only pain but also other more distressing conditions such as joints problems & eventually an abnormal position of the back

About what brand & type, someone else who has used such products can advise you better

Best of luck :)

work has been done to see the difference between teh foam and gel cushions.
however, there is no evidence for which one is better. There was a suggestion that gel cushions are better for heavy individuals.
