The movie is starting today at Al Shatti Plaza, Ruwi & Al Bahja Cinemas.

I've been told that this is a MUST SEE movie, plus Decaprio is nominated for the best actor award on his role.

I loved it. I knew I would. Di Caprio's movies are always like this, you never see him in anything beside excellent movies.
Anyway, it was great, long but worth it. The story is nice, the acting is superb, & the shooting was great. A very touching movie. Hope Leonardo gets the Oscar.

I just liked the whole movie.

Loved the directing and the story.

As I expected for the story, it was typical one. Some typical scenes. Some of the scenes were great. But, not the level of being different or special!

Talking about Leonardo DiCaprio's acting, I didn't see much of it. Doing that accent wasn't fitting him.

Jennifer Connelly was hot as usual :D

I enjoyed this very much. Lots of heartbreaking/moving scenes, and Leonardo's acting was great. I like his recent movies, his acting has really improved and he's taken on some interesting roles.

Leonardo was just brilliant....excellent movie. I think the best of this year alongside Apocalypto for me..

The scene where Leonardo and Solomon run while under heavy fire (3rd pic above) is sweeeeeeet!

Nightface Leonardo actually got the Zimbabwean accent on the spot. The africans themselves are shocked.

All I can say is that the movie was absolutely amazing, and if it was up to me I'd give leonardo the best actor oscar though I very much doubt he's going to take it even though this is his 3rd nomination so far.

It was a great one!! and theres no typical scenes!!! and leo performance was great as usual :)
this is one of the best movie I ever watched.

An amazing movie all together, but it did have it's downsides. I won't say it was predictable, but I thought it lacked a bit of that wow-factor that some of the top-notch movies enjoyed. Not to mention it was a bit too long for my liking. I liked the fact that Leonardo's performance was astonishing (nothing new there) and the movie had several touching scenes, oh and not to mention how hot Jennifer Connelly was in some scenes! ;) I also enjoyed it due to the fact that it actually portrays realistic scenarios and aims at conveying a message to the audience. :)

blood diamond is a sick movie..and what makes it more sick is that it is real!

I watched this movie earlier this year. It is very touching and depicts a very serious issue that many tend to ignore. Its a must watch, specially for those women who love diamond!

Leo DiCaprio did a great job playing the role of a South African with that cool accent :p
