In February 2004, Mozilla changed its browser name from Firebird to FireFox v.0.8.

Its users' counts was <3.5% at the time.
November 2004, it reached 4.58%.
April 2005, it reached 8.59%
December 2005, it reached 9.6%.
November 2006, it reached its maximum of 12.96%.

While I.E.'s share continue to drop from a high of 94.5% in August 2004 to 81.18%.

This is great news to sea M$'s monopoly being toileted by bright ( I don't mean aethiests, but that's a completely different story) users.

I.E. as all know comes bundled with M$'s windows. (Calling it an operating system is an insult to other genuine operating systems like Linux, Unix and Mac OS). This did not help M$ in their quest to control the computer world. To all those bright people in the world, keep up the good world because your smart use is showing their fruits.

*A proud user of Linux, Mac OS X, FireFox and Safari.
