So how do you pick your gifts?

Do you buy ppl gifts Based on what you think they like? or what you think is nice?

And does it have to be expensive?

my gifts either come from what I think they need... or what I think they like...
it should be a reasonable price if it's someone I'm not that close to...

if it's a close friend it's either a reasonably priced gift I buy or something I personally make... therefore its price shouldn't be judged.

I pick whatever I find appealing and reasonable.

well, i will go for what they like ! coz what i think is nice might not be considered nice to them ! every1 got his own taste ! So if i know that person very well then i would know what they like n what they prefer , if not then am gonna ask some1 close to them so i can pick somethin' they like ! Price isn't a matter !

Both, what I think they like and something which I think is nice and hope for them to like it. The price depends on the things I buy, whatever they cost.

For a close friend I get them something I know they would like, but with anyone else I get them something that I think they would like :). It doesn't matter if its cheap or expensive.

a mixture of wut is nice & wut i think is nice.....
i like 2 personally wrap them using crepe/tissue paper, boxes, ribbons... but never proper wrapping paper :)

Well, how expensive it is, depends on how close that person is...
What will I be, may vary... I may buy them something that I know they would like 2 have or maybe somthing I think is cute & they'd like it....

if i bought a gift ,, it will be sumthing tht other will like it ,, it doesnt to be expensive ,, it should be unique ;)

I buy them based on the poeple I'm gonna give them too! Sometime I can chose them too if I know that the person loves new and unusal stuff!

Normally, I buy things which suits my budget! They don't have to be expensieve but I think the taste is very important.

I buy my girl friends things I want myself!

I wud usually buy ma friends somethin that theey wud like or somethin theey need!!
To ma friends (average friends :p) i wud by them somethin with a reasonable price but for those VIPs in ma list :p price doesnt matter at all!!

the price doesn't matter alot as long its reasonable...after all its the thought that matters :)
