Hola!

This message pops up when there is a high demand on RAM(Random Access Memory) of your laptop/pc. Whenever you launch an application it takes a certain amount of the RAM's capacity. This is a kind of memory which expires whenever you switch off your laptop/pc. The reason behind such messages is using applications which require quite a huge amount of RAM as it's the case with most of the designing applications(photoshop, etc..)

The solution:
1. You can either try to manage the number of applications running at the same time. Meaning limit them to a certain number. Don't open up a dozen of applications simultaneously.
2.Increase the capacity of your laptop/pc's RAM.

PS: I believe 512 MB of RAM will cost you around 30 BD :)

I have faced this problem once, it's obviously RAM problem

I advise you to increase ur RAM since this will fix the problem and makes ur computer running faster

Close unused programs because they are only using your memory sources.
Increase your RAM. One OS is worse than XP w.r.t. RAM consumption and that's VISTA.
Remove XP and install Linux. <--- Doubt it.
Restart your PC from time to time.
Format your PC, this way you'll remove all of the programs that you only used once and need no more.
