I'd like 2 know... WHOM from the moderation team have edited my thread (http://www.englishsabla.com/forum/showthread.php?t=42296) title & WHY ?

The title has made some members ferious & had a different perception bout the image posted....

It was like Arab Thoughts or Thoughts of Arabs...
changing to only Thoughts.. made them think that I was refering 2 Woman's Thoughts. only.. therefore mixed up their responses :lift:

The title should've been something like "Arab Women's thoughts" or whatever, like someone mentioned, but "Thoughts of Arabs"... I dunno how thats any better than just "Thoughts". Besides, mods are under no obligation to contact you each and every time they edit something they think won't make such an impact... and this is one such scenario. Sorry, but I like siding with silent_storm from time to time. :)

You want to take the members thought about it in more details and in general

I found it very strange to point the thing to Arab as specific, because this can be to all women in the world not to Arab in particular (Unless of course if you clear that in your thread !!!!! which you didn’t )

Where if you inputted your opinion about Arab and asked for it, that will be another story

And usually it will be much professional to PM me with your complain and discussed with me and sure if you give me your opinion and why is that I would edit for you.

The team here is looking for the members confident and to make the place for discussing in an effective professional for all :)

I would have been glad if U have took my opinion about it or @ least stated ur point @ the thread so I can justify mu self rather than chaning the title & just dissappearing without even specifying the reason for the eidt...

When I chose the title, I did not grabed it from a bin or so...
As I have mentioned... that was a design by a friend whom I liked to share & comment on.... her design was titled "thoughts of arabs" & since she is a girl, her image was chosen 2 b a female.... & if I was refering 2 femals... I would have mentioned Arab females thoughts or thoughts of arab woman... but no, I didnt.. as I said b4, I made it in general, therefore obviusly it would have ment Arabs in General, either man or woman.
U said this can be to all women in the world not to Arab in particular.... perhaps woman of the world share many stuff... but as I'm saying for the trillion time... I was not refering to the woman of the world, I had a specific issue that I wanted to discuss.

Mods in general are open minded..and if a thread edited in a specific sabla and any query was presented by a member a pm to that sabla moderator (s) or admin would clear up the case fast...

Might agree that a Pm to the thread started wouldve been good to be done... so its indeed a bilateral thing ;)

I leave this issue to reach to a conclusion between you and silent storm via Pm....and if the issue is SOOOOO complex to both of you reffer to me please am willing to help
