Do you eat because you hungry? To comfort yourself or just for the taste of the food?

I usually only eat for the taste of the food but its wierd because when I am hungry I think food does not taste as nice. I like to eat as often as I can but I am usually only doing it because I like tasting things. Seems pretty wierd now I think of it, I don't let myself get hungry all too often because I eat when I need taste. Or something along those lines....

I eat not only because I need food to live, but also because I enjoy eating. I would stuff my face even if I wasn't hungry, just because I enjoy certain foods and their taste.

Anyways, I eat because I enjoy eating! I live to eat, not eat to live! :cute:

usually, I eat because time for food has came, and because I need energy .. but when I like a certain dish, i eat coz I love it

Food is a good experience! I adore my food it has to be well cooked! Proper food non of that junk you see these days!

Sometimes when I'm really full but the food tastes really good, I continue feeding myself :color: and when I'm bored I nibble at something small

Another reason:

I eat because it is something in my routine, its something im used to do at a specific time (back in oman, not here!)

I'd die if I don't eat :(.

Plus, eating tasty food feels really good.

I usually eat to live and when I am not hungry nothing and no one can make me EAT. I am a food lover, but I eat a limited amount of food. No more no less.

omg! because I love FOOD!!! doh! Food has to be appreciated...chewed, and swallowed and then u rub your belly and say "Ahhh alhamdulilah" & then you drink mint tea...omg omg omg ...i'm hungry now!

I sometimes munch on my hair. It's edible.
