Is flaming a member through the rep system allowed here or not? If someone did that to me can i report him/her?

I think it's against the rules to snap back at members whether it was a red rep or a pm. If the member got harassed then s/he should report the abusive posts..

Warnings are not enough. Sabla does not welcome people who have attitude problems!

Of course it's against the rules and will result in a warning.

Rule#4:Swearing: It is strictly forbidden to insult/swear at any admin./moderator/member and such action can lead to a warning. If a member complains about being insulted and rejects any apology from his/her aggressor, only then the Administration team will decide if a warning should be issued. After receiving 3 warnings, a member will be banned from the sabla.
NB: Racism and Bigotry should not be the theme of this Sabla.Insulting other races and nationalities will not be tolearted at all. Any member who does this will be under the action of the above rule.
In general all warnings are subjected for every 6 months review. If the member behaves well during that, one warning will be deleted from his/her account.

Rule#7: Pm's: Sending abusive/threat/hate/advertisement-to-another-forum pms to any member on EnglishSabla forum is strictly not allowed; mainly, because we at EnglishSabla believe in prohibiting propogation of 'hatred' through any EnglishSabla-provided medium. To report a 'hate' or an 'advertisement' pm, the member has to forward a copy of the pm to atleast one administrator of this site along with his/her forum password and NOTE: do not delete the pm once the pm has been forwarded. A stern, fitting decision shall be taken by the administration team, depending on the authenticity of the pm.

Note: The reputation comments also fall under this rule. In addition, reputation comments and Points are to remain private and exposing them in threads is Not allowed.
