what's written behind him is also written on his arms... it's not English... it's a chinese sign used in karate... I recall it meaning "way to freedom"..."way of the warrior"...or "hard as stone".... or something in that sense...I'forgot which... anyway... I'll check it laters... glad you liked it however... thanx :D

I really love the colors in this one..the only thing that I think could have done better is his whole head..which includes the face and the hair..I'm not too fond of that but the rest of him is excellent.

I wouldn't advise my style if you mean like samurai warrior... this one's got over 10 layers of colors... cuz I kept changing my mind... the paper almost got crumpled up...however... will see inshalla... when I improve a bit more I'll post my traditional style step by step.... should be interesting :p

It looks great, I loved it and the colouring. Good choice of colours. I just think maybe, the face could've been a bit better with the mouth included in showing somehow. Keep it up, Tee :)
