I dont fit in any of the categories above...

Right now I don't exercise intentionally. I can say that I walk at a relatively brisk pace every day for at least an hour, but that's because I have to walk, not because I'm doing it to stay fit.
During the summer I swim a couple of times a week, and I walk for about two hours every other day, plus I sometimes get dragged to the gym once or twice a month, but that's it.

I used to exercise from time to time, which was quite rarely.
Starting from tomorrow am going to jog everyday, 1 to 2 hours to lose some weight and I'll keep on doing that even afterwards.

I work out about 3-4 times a week for about 2 months and then stop for a month. My body responds quite fast and I hate it when I start walking around like I've got two pepsi cans under my armpits. Hence the break for a month when I start to get out of shape.
Swimming once a while.
All this for losing weight and staying healthy :)
I only walk back and forth in campus/city but I don't exercise intentionally.
I exercise at least once a week & try my best to make it twice
I play squash
I walk to my lectures 3 times a week

Unforunately that isn't enough

Hmm I don't walk slowly, I walk quickly, and sometimes it's uphill! I think that that makes a difference.

I rarely exercise. The problem is that I don't have time. During the summer I exercised a lot & I went to the gym, but now I rarely do anything. If I exercise it will be just half an hour on the treadmill!

Unless you sense being slightly breathless after the effort you mentioned, it should be under the category of light exercise

1-2 times a week - tae kwon do
2-3 times a week - 1-2 hours at the gym, usually 60-90 min cardio (elliptical trainer, arc-trainer, and stationary bike) and 30 minutes of weight training and stretching
Both - I want to lose another 15 pounds (I've lost 15 this year) to get into a healthy weight range, and also be strong and fit, build bone density and protect my joints from arthritis. ha ha can you tell I turned 40 this year? :bored:
