If im capable of doing without it, i would donate, especially if its goin to save a life...as for Gods judgement, saving one life is a big bonus of good deeds; considered like u hav saved each human life living on earth.

Definitely to a relative..and to someone who's not a relative
ummm,well.. if i was asked and it was a life or death matter and i can continue living healthily then why not? but if it was kinda risky i might hesitate

Yes. I wanted to recently, but, I'm not 18 yet. I've also thought of donating after I die.

Depending on the organ they need from me, not every organ that I have can be donated especially those organs which I have only one piece of each...You know it is good to be virtueus person but it not virtuous at all that someone enjoys my organ happily while I am suffering out of the absence of that organ!

As far as there are two piece of this organ, sure I will consider donating the other one.

Generally, only after I die.

However for my loved ones, then yes, I will consider.

Definitly yes.. Relative or no relative.. I have a healthy kidney to spare and a supply of bone marrow to go around...
Strange answers from some of the members...

T4Life... Q, Is there an organ donation centre in Oman? Do ppl carry organ donor cards??

Do doctors in Oman consider discussing organ donation with relatives after diagnosing brain stem death?

No I wouldn't, no way. UNLESS a family member as in a parent/sibling was in need (God forbid) then yes. Other than that a big no.
