I wouldnt mind getting me one....cause every 1-2 months i get a LOOOOOOOOOONG lecture from my mom coz of the fines!!!!!

I always drive 10 km/hour below the allowed speed & if the streets are empty I drive on the maximum allowed speed

Therefore my answer is no
